This refund policy applies only to live group courses. Our other products/services have different refund policies, so please make sure you are referring to the correct policy.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
For this reason, we offer a 14 days “No Fuss” refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, you can email us at [email protected] within 14 days of the Start Date (as specified on the Group Course's purchasing page), and we will give you your money back.
If you believe that a law in your geographic area entitles you to a refund outside of what is permitted by this policy, please contact us at [email protected]. We will verify our legal obligations, and if required, we will provide you with a refund.
