Refund Policy for Live Workshops

This refund policy applies only to live workshops. Our other products/services have different refund policies, so please make sure you are referring to the correct policy.

You may cancel your live workshop purchase for a full refund up to 24 hours before the live workshop.

We are unable to grant refunds received less than 24 hours before the live workshop's scheduled start time (or after the live workshop has started).

If you do not correctly request a refund in the permitted time frame, you will not be eligible for any refund (partial or full), even if you do not attend the live workshop or access any recordings available to you.

To request a refund, you must email us at [email protected], and if you have met the conditions of our Refund Policy, we will give you your money back.

If you believe that a law in your geographic area entitles you to a refund outside of what is permitted by this policy, please contact us at [email protected]. We will verify our legal obligations, and if required, we will provide you with a refund.
